Hello! Today I talk to about of the productive activities. I really would like make activities that help me in the healthy and in my development mental. I have been more lazy every day. I don`t know how to organize and leave little time for activities related to my  well-being. For this reason the first activities is to start again practice any sports; I prefer come back to activities associated with the circus because I believe that “heal mental in heal body” is real. Besides this be used to release the stress caused for the university.   
 And the second activity is make up a “social group”. I don’t know how to name it, but in the bottom is a group of young that work of way active in a place (school, neighbor, municipality, etc.) help to people. The help must be the help that the people need. Ideally... psychology practice of any way in there. The true is that in both case, the mean of the activities for me live in the same. I would like to achieve this because my perspective increase, I know new persons with different ideas and appetite of the achieve changes. Finally my inspiration is those, look the appetite of improve together the things that function bad.

Hello!

I was time lot thinking about it which could speak today. Finally I decided to talk about dance, because it is an activity that strange lot and it has always done me well.

Since childhood I always participated in art workshops at school, until I did a presentation of ballet in a theater. I practiced "folklore" and of this dance workshop the dance that I liked best were the northerners. Also, I practiced rhythmic gymnastics.

But when I entered high school I changed of school. And in the new school because of time and adjusting to a new school system, decided not to participate in any art workshop. Then I regretted.

Making presentations in schools or other places and all the preparation that involves making, it is very entertaining. I miss the nerves of a presentation, the dress be preparing in advance, or when five minutes before going on stage broke the panty.


In conclusion, I was in many body expression workshops and there I realized that I really like. So I decided to practice circus, especially the acrobatics on fabric. I know just the basics and did not dedicate much time to this activity. But I'm determined to make time to practice because it is a very good activity for my physical and emotional health.

Hello! 

I really don’t like the technology. I recognize the virtue of her and facilities that we give, but the persons become addicted.

Since I was a child I have had acces to computer on account of my parents job. But only 4 years ago my parents gave me a notebook for christmas and since then the notebook is my “favourite” piece of technology.

The notebook is the only piece of technology that I use besides a basic cell pone. Unfortunately I use every day of the week and easily for more 3 hours at day.  As son as I arrive to my house of the university or another site turn on the computer. Is like a habit because I turn on the notebook although not use in the moment.

I like this piece of technology because it have versatile functions. The notebook be used for keep the contact with my friends and relative, listen to music, watch movies and play.  

For the same reason my life without my notebook would be very boring and tedious, although I believe that i could get used to it.

Hello! The three photos I share with you on this occasion is of "Los saltos del Huilo-Huilo", a natural reserve located in the Río Fuy of the region De Los Lagos.

Four years ago, in 2012 I had my study tour, with all my classmates went over southern Chile and Bariloche. The trip last one week but only 3 days in Chile and there l met this beautiful place. In "El salto del Huilo-Huilo" we practice trekking and we took many pictures. 


I fell in love with this place because the place had all the magic of nature. We arrived very early in the morning, so the colors were intense, the sun shone, the birds sang and breathed fresh air. 

That one trip was special because it was the first that i stay far away of my house without my family and it was my first trip to southern Chile.


Hi! My name is Natalia and I'm 19 years old. 

I study psychology in Universidad de Chile and I am in his second year of my career. When i chose study psychology  I took that decision without much expectations and so far I had many surprises both good and bad. 
  
I think that the holidays of summer or winter, I don't mind, is the finest time of the year because i can discover new places, enjoy of natural scenery and clean air. 

Another thing that helps me and make me happy is being able to share with my friends, family and boyfriend but I also enjoy solitude. I am crafty with food but very greedy sometimes.  The sports attract my attention so much but laziness is more powerful jaja.

Hello, readers! today i want to show a picture was taken 2 years ago. 


This picture was taken by a classmate on the 2012. In the picture some of my special friends and my classmate of my final year in the school 
appear and even that graduate i keep the contact with some of them.
I
n my school exist the tradition that consist in the last day of the class every student of the generation go to jump into the fountain of nearest park to the school, the idea is that after dipping in the fountain everyone should stay in the park so we can dry and share together. And the photographer manage capture the precise moment in that all the girls jumping to the pool.
This picture i like really so much because is natural and reflect the hapiness i feel in this moment. Besides that one day was emotional for every because signify the closing of the period very important in my life.
